Croissant for podcasters
Let listeners support your podcast with one-off tips. Put a Croissant link in your show notes and mention it in your outro, with no memberships to manage.
Updated
Independent podcasts take time and money: equipment, hosting, editing. Many listeners are happy to help if you give them an easy way. Croissant gives your show a tip page at croissant.beffa.xyz/yourname where they can buy you a croissant without signing up.
Why tips suit podcasters
- No bonus episodes required. Listeners can support the show without you producing extra content.
- Easy to mention on air. "Link in the show notes" is a simple call to action.
- Works for any size of show. You don't need a large audience to start.
Setting up
- Sign in with Google and claim an address. Your show's name is often a good choice.
- Use your cover art as the avatar or cover, and write a short bio about the show and what support pays for. See customising your page.
- Connect Stripe and publish.
Where to put your link
- Show notes for every episode. Most podcast apps show these, and links are usually clickable.
- Your podcast's website footer or about page.
- Your social bios and link-in-bio.
- Your newsletter, if the show has one.

Thank listeners on the show

1% per tip to Croissant, no monthly fee, plus Stripe processing (around 2.9% + 30¢ for US cards). See fees.
Questions
›Can I offer bonus episodes to supporters?
Croissant doesn't provide memberships or subscriber content. It handles one-off tips. See the tips vs memberships guide if you're weighing both.
›Can I read supporter messages on air?
Yes, as long as the message wasn't marked private. Supporters can choose to keep their message private, and those should stay between you and them.
