Terms of Service

Croissant lets creators receive one-off support payments from their audience. By using Croissant you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You sign in with a third-party provider such as Google or GitHub. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the content of your page.

Payments and fees

Payments are processed by Stripe and paid out through your connected Stripe account, subject to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. Croissant charges a platform fee of 1% of each payment. Stripe charges its own processing fees.

Acceptable use

Don't use Croissant for illegal content, fraud, impersonation or anything that breaks Stripe's restricted business list. We may remove pages that do.

Supporters

Support payments are voluntary gifts to the creator and don't buy goods or services from Croissant. Refunds are at the creator's discretion.

Changes and termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may update these terms and will note the date above when we do.
